Of course. During the reservation process, in the “Additional Luggage” step, you can request a baby seat or booster seat for your child. We’ll provide the appropriate seat in full compliance with Italian law and child safety regulations.

To cancel your reservation, please contact us at support@transfervda.com or fill out the form on our Contact page, including your reservation ID. If the cancellation is made at least 7 days before your scheduled transfer and the payment was made by credit card, you will receive a full refund.

Our booking system doesn’t support last-minute reservations, so online booking is not available. However, if a driver and vehicle are free, we’ll do our best to arrange the transfer. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +39 339 711 3050.

Transfers & Services

When booking, please enter the latest arriving flight and choose a pickup time that best suits your group. We also recommend leaving a note with all relevant details—such as the flight numbers for each arrival—so our drivers can monitor the schedule and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Our meet & greet service is designed to make your airport pickup smooth and easy. During the booking process, you’ll be asked to provide your details and the name you'd like displayed on the sign. The driver will track your flight and wait for you in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with the provided name.

The driver will be waiting at the agreed pickup location—whether it’s an airport, hotel, or private address. If you have trouble locating them, they’ll try to reach you via iMessage, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, or another messaging app. You can also contact us on our emergency number: +39 339 711 3050.

Our driver will monitor your flight or train and adjust the pickup time accordingly. In case of significant delays or cancellations, our team will contact you to reschedule the pickup when possible.

Each passenger is allowed one large suitcase free of charge. If you have extra luggage or sports equipment—such as skis, ski boots, or a snowboard—you can add it during the Luggage step when making your reservation.

Our vehicles are assigned based on the number of passengers and the luggage selected during booking. If you bring extra luggage that was not included in your reservation, there may not be enough space in the vehicle. This could lead to delays or, in some cases, make the transfer impossible. To ensure a smooth journey, please make sure to include all luggage when booking.

Vehicles & Drivers

Requests for specific vehicles are generally not possible unless you contact us in advance and book a VIP Transfer. In that case, we will do our best to accommodate your preference based on availability. Even without selecting a specific model, we always provide high-standard vehicles to ensure a quality and comfortable transfer.

We are not able to confirm the exact vehicle in advance, as vehicle assignments are made the day before each transfer to ensure the best match for your trip. However, all our vehicles are high-standard, always clean, and maintained according to the highest safety regulations to ensure a safe and comfortable journey.

Yes, absolutely. Most of our vehicles are 4x4 and equipped with high-quality snow chains to handle severe winter conditions. All of our drivers are based in the Aosta Valley and have extensive experience driving in extreme mountain weather.

The assigned driver can only be confirmed on the day of the transfer. However, all of our drivers are fully licensed, highly experienced in private transfers, and trained to drive in mountainous terrain and challenging weather conditions. You can count on a safe and professional service.
